Post-Super Bowl Workout of The Week

Overindulge during the big game? Here’s a great workout for you:

Warm Up:

15 Minute Jog

Circuit 1 (No rest in between exercises)

15 Body Squats

25 Jumping Jacks

200M jog

Circuit 2 (No rest in between exercises)

15 Military Press

10 Pullups

200M jog

Circuit 3 (No rest in between exercises)

25 Pushups

Barbell Curls to failure

30 Burpees

Finish with 200M Walking Lunge walk. For added difficulty hold a bar overhead, if bar hits the ground stop and do 10 burpees.
