Workout Of The Week: Burning Off The Holidays

Here's a great workout if you overindulged during the holidays:

3-5 sets: 

-12 box jumps (Or Step Ups)

-12 pushups

-45 seconds of burpees

-45 seconds of plank

-12 lunges (12 each leg, 24 total)

-30 seconds of box jumps

-15 dips

-60 seconds of plank

-20 squat jumps
