Workout Of The Week: Cindy Calls

Thanks to the Manteca Fire Department for sending in their workout:

For every call we get, we do:

5 Pullups

10 Pushups

15 Squats

So let’s say we get 10 calls one day, then at the end of the day we do 10 rounds in a row of the above movements, for time.  If I had to name it, it would be “Cindy Calls”.
